“The Cabal” is a group of experts, aficionados and sceptics intrigued by what’s coming next.
Cabal 1513 is the first rum from Harpalion Spirits. So called, because this was the expression number unanimously selected out of eight initial
new product designs, from different blends of international single source rums and finishes.
A stunning, premium, aged rum, Cabal No.1513 is produced using a combination of pot and column distillation techniques with rums from prominent distilleries in Guatemala, Guyana, Trinidad, Panama and the Caribbean. The rums are tropically aged at origin for between 3-5 years then finished in first fill Pedro Ximénez casks in Speyside Scotland. The result is a distinctive, complex, yet smooth taste profile with hints of toffee, dark chocolate, caramelised apple, fig and fruit cake.
As you’d expect from a premium rum, Cabal 1513 is non-chill filtered to preserve with no caramel colourants. It’s proudly entirely natural, without
sugar or additives.
Small batch 8 year old golden rum sourced from Panama’s leading independent distillery, Autentico Nativo. Finished on the West Coast of Ireland for a minimum of 6 months in peated Irish whiskey casks.
Tasting notes: Sweet flavours of vanilla, treacle, and banana are underpinned by subtle hints of smoke, dark chocolate, and oily toasted nuts.
Smooth yet complex. Using a blend of fine malt and grain whiskeys. The sourced malt is double distilled, blended with grain, then triple casked in ex-bourbon barrels, Oloroso sherry butts and peated casks. Finally, they’re left to age for 11 years.
Tasting notes: On the nose, an earthy aroma with hints of toasted oak. Upon tasting, there’s a rich honey sweetness, combined with salted citrus and sherry notes. To finish, a deep and rounded finish with a wisp of peat smoke
This Single Malt release from Ahascragh Distillery’s Family Bond Series is extremely rare. The liquid was distilled in 2001 and spent 19 years in first-fill American White Oak bourbon casks, before being finished in Spanish Oloroso butts from Jerez. You won’t want to miss this!
Tasting notes: Flavours of milky caramel, cooked fruit, nuts, vanilla, and chocolate citrus.
A single grain Irish whiskey. Aged for 7 years in ex-bourbon casks and finished in Panamanian rum casks. Sweet and light but full of flavour.
Tasting notes: On the nose, it’s Christmas in a glass with vanilla and banana scents. The taste is light and buttery with dried fruit and warming spices. To finish? Smooth and warming with spicy cereal.
Coastal Citrus Gin is a fresh gin, taking inspiration from the Australian coast and its native pantry. The lemon aspen delivers earthy citrus notes. Combined with exotic meyer lemon, they give a punchy citrus hit. The delicate savoury flavours from local sea parsley and fresh coriander leaf takes the edge off. The classic juniper backbone rounds out the flavours.
It’s summer-time on the coast.
Coastal Stone Whisky is an expression of the maritime elements and raw nature of
the Australian coast, combined with the desire to create a whisky that exceeds

Captured in a contemporary glass bottle, sculptured with the eroded textures of
