Nez : Initial notes of floral aromas (rose, linden) and white fruits (peach). Candied and woody notes emerge upon the second nose. Given more time, aromas of exotic fruits (lychee, pineapple) appear.
Tasting Notes
Small batch 8 year old golden rum sourced from Panama’s leading independent distillery, Autentico Nativo. Finished in Amarone wine casks that have been seasoned by their previous Irish whiskey contents.
Tasting notes: Shortbread, plum skin, orange marmalade and red berries.
The distillery uses surplus dessert apples from local growers to produce this brandy. They’re pressed and fermented to for 2 months before distillation to create a delicate apple spirit which captures the aroma of a country orchard on a late summer’s day.
Aromas of apple blossom and characteristic green apple flavours are perfectly married with the vanilla and caramel spiciness of the bourbon cask to leave a smooth sweet finish and the memory of warm apple crumble.
It’s a labour of love to make this ‘whisky of the Weald’.

Arctic Blue Gin is all about experiencing the harmony of the exceptional northern nature. By non chill filtering their gins all of the natural aromas, pectins and essential oils of bilberries – the wild Arctic blueberries – are preserved in the gin.
On the nose are scents of coniferous forest and spices coupled by fragrant juniper, bilberries (the wild Arctic blueberries).

All ingredients are carefully hand-selected locally and distilled in small batches to ensure the premium quality of the navy strength gin.
The Navy Strength is not short of accolades. With much fanfare it picked up Double Gold at San Francisco World Spirits Competition in 2019 as well as ‘Best In Show’ unaged white spirit.
This is a pioneering dairy-free, gin based oat liqueur combining the genuine aromas of bilberries (wild arctic blueberries) with the smoothness of creamy dessert liqueurs.
Pure northern oats join in harmony with Arctic Blue Gin to create the flavour of an oaty blueberry pie, smothered in vanilla sauce and topped off with a generous sprinkling of cardamom. A world class, well balanced, contemporary Australian Gin. It’s bright, fresh citrus nose is balanced with gentle peppery notes on the palate. Together they deliver a rounded, lingering finish. Australian native botanicals include sea lettuce, finger lime, anise myrtle and mountain pepper leaf.
Blood Monkey Irish Gin is made from a blend of botanicals including lime leaf, almond, juniper berry, orris root, Irish rosemary, liquorice, coriander seed, chamomile and angelica root. This selection creates a rich and nuanced flavour profile that unfolds with each sip.
