Designed to capture the fleeting moment of tranquil morning mist in the pristine forests of Finland meeting the scents of moist wild Arctic blueberry shrubs and spruce needles.

Arctic Blue Gin is all about experiencing the harmony of the exceptional northern nature. By non chill filtering their gins all of the natural aromas, pectins and essential oils of bilberries – the wild Arctic blueberries – are preserved in the gin.

On the nose are scents of coniferous forest and spices coupled by fragrant juniper, bilberries (the wild Arctic blueberries).

This gin is not just any gin. It’s a capture of arctic nature in a bottle. It was recognised as The Spirit of the Year 2018 at the World Spirits Awards.

Arctic Blue Oat Liqueur

This is a pioneering dairy-free, gin based oat liqueur combining the genuine aromas of bilberries (wild arctic blueberries) with the smoothness of creamy dessert liqueurs.

Pure northern oats join in harmony with Arctic Blue Gin to create the flavour of an oaty blueberry pie, smothered in vanilla sauce and topped off with a generous sprinkling of cardamom. Cabal No. 1513 Rum

“The Cabal” is a group of experts, aficionados and sceptics intrigued by what’s coming next.

Cabal 1513 is the first rum from Harpalion Spirits. So called, because this was the expression number unanimously selected out of eight initial
new product designs, from different blends of international single source rums and finishes.

A stunning, premium, aged rum, Cabal No.1513 is produced using a combination of pot and column distillation techniques with rums from prominent distilleries in Guatemala, Guyana, Trinidad, Panama and the Caribbean. The rums are tropically aged at origin for between 3-5 years then finished in first fill Pedro Ximénez casks in Speyside Scotland. The result is a distinctive, complex, yet smooth taste profile with hints of toffee, dark chocolate, caramelised apple, fig and fruit cake.

As you’d expect from a premium rum, Cabal 1513 is non-chill filtered to preserve with no caramel colourants. It’s proudly entirely natural, without
sugar or additives.

Cask Strength (Peated Cask Finish)

Small batch 8 year old golden rum sourced from Panama’s leading independent distillery, Autentico Nativo. Finished on the West Coast of Ireland for a minimum of 6 months in peated Irish whiskey casks.

Tasting notes: Sweet flavours of vanilla, treacle, and banana are underpinned by subtle hints of smoke, dark chocolate, and oily toasted nuts.
