Wealden Rum

The distillery uses cane molasses from the Tate & Lyle sugar factory 20 miles away to make this rum. The tradition of using this by-product led Greensand Ridge to create their own rum from this surplus by-product.

Greensand Ridge Rum has a honey flavour profile, unlike classic rums. That’s because they ferment the molasses using non-traditional techniques. They then age the rum in oak casks to develop the flavours and allow the spirit to mellow. It’s a spirit to treasure.

Whisky Barrel Aged Gin

This gin is made by marrying the complex botanical recipe of the marine-inspired gin with the character and maturity of oak barrels. It’s finished with a splash of Manly Spirits 6 month maturing Whisky (French oak cask). It has light vanilla, malty oak and a delicate pine and pepperiness flavours to start with and moves to a palate of orange sweetness, dried fruit mid palate and a dry, light oak finish.

Winter Gin Liqueur

Inspired by The Rev’s original recipe from 1904, the Reverend Hubert Winter Gin Liqueur is distinctive, original, balanced and smooth. It’s award winning and was sampled by Marco Pierre White who said “You’d be a fool not to drink it”!

Enjoy straight over ice, topped with prosecco and a dash of orange bitters. Or as a gin replacement in Negronis.

Tasting notes: Bursting with aromatic notes of dried fruit, winter spices from Sri Lanka and the freshest orange and lemon zest from the Amalfi coast.

Xin Gin

Xin Gin was designed to be at the heart of gatherings. Xin’s founders Michelle and Gareth McAllister have Irish blood and Asian hearts. After spending many years in Asia, they wanted to merge what they loved about their two homes. The word itself means ‘heart’ or ‘feelings’ in Mandarin.

The design of the bottle, with ancient Celtic swirls contrasted with a modern eastern aesthetic, reflects the liquid inside – a perfect balance of European and Oriental botanicals. The cross shaped label represents a promise to stay connected and a crossing point of the two cultures they love.

Zesty Limoncello

Zesty Limoncello

A unique Italian-style limoncello with an Australian twist. It combines the finest hand-peeled lemons with native botanicals distillates made from local Lemon Aspen and Lemon Myrtle.

The notes on the nose are of pure and fresh ripe lemon rind. The sweet tooth coating texture and delicate acidity give this Limoncello a sherbert with citrus oil and a lemon meringue finish.

Enjoy chilled, straight from the freezer as an after-dinner digestive, or over ice with soda.
