Greensand Ridge is a different kind of distillery: a visionary one. One that was its founder’s, Will, dream. One with the lightest possible touch on the land. One that seeks to reduce food waste from local surplus. It’s made distilling sustainable.
All products are made with 100% renewable power and the distillery is completely chemical free. All of the distillery’s waste is reused or recycled. For example, waste heat from is captured and reused to preheat fermentations, still charges or to heat the distillery premises and they only produce one black bin bag of waste every 6-8 weeks!
