Raspberry Ghost

Raspberry Ghost is Kentish ripe raspberries in a bottle. Ghost in the name is a nod to subtlety of the spirit and to the German name for the distillation technique, Geist.

This is an elegant Eau de Vie, not a sickly sweet raspberry liqueur; a dry spirit with a
vodka-like character. You’ll find a delicate raspberry aroma and as you sip, the flavour builds and develops with a surprising length to the finish.

Only quality surplus fruit is used, working with local fruit farmers to use berries which can’t be sold to supermarkets.
