I am North Uist Distillery’s first Brand Ambassador outside of Scotland. You will find me going in and out of London’s best venues talking all things Downpour Gin with anyone that will listen!

When I am not hitting up the best bars around I am likely to be offering the general public a wee taster of Downpour Gin with one of our many retail partners all across the country.

I have over 5 years of hospitality experience, starting off in a craft beer bar in Galway on the west coast of Ireland!

I moved over to London from Galway to manage a cocktail bar in East London and then joined the Downpour Gin & bbb+ drinks team in 2025.

I have a big love for gin (of course) as I think it’s such a versatile spirit always bursting with flavour. From a classic G&T to a martini I think it just makes any drink refreshing and interesting.

Of course, being from the Emerald Isle I also have a great love for whiskey. I’m very interested in the rich history of whiskey production and I love hearing the stories behind every individual whiskey.

I love a good Old Fashioned and on a sunny day in London, nothing beats an Aperol Spritz!

The people behind the products. With such a wide variety of spirits on the market, I enjoy finding out what drives people to set themselves apart and create a spirit that’s unique to them, their experience and their personal backgrounds!

Being from a place with a rich history of storytelling, I love hearing about people’s journeys and inspirations.
