Ron Centenario 9 Year

A taste of the tropics, Ron Centenario 9 Year Grados Rum is a journey to Costa Rica. This rum, aged for nine years, offers a balanced palate of caramel, vanilla, and spice, with a hint of oak. Perfect for sipping or mixing in your favorite tropical cocktails.

Due to the fact that the rum as well as the sugarcane, from which its molasses is derived, are produced at approximately 4000 feet above sea level, both are subjected to optimal climatic conditions, which results in a wonderfully complex spirit for it’s age. As its name suggests, the rum is aged a total of nine years in wooden casks, which previously held Scotch Whisky in order to guarantee the signature Ron Centenario character

Rye Cask Aged Gin

The distillery adapts its London Dry Gin and ages it in Rye Whiskey Casks for up to a year to create this gin. It perfectly balances the complexity of both the gin and the cask’s characters. The resulting hybrid is a unique spirit with complexity, smoothness and depth.

Singani 63

Impeccably clean and undeniably mixable, Singani 63 is a Bolivian spirit with a rich 500-year history. Distilled from Muscat of Alexandria grapes in an 8000 hectare region high in the Andes mountains, Singani is bright, floral and versatile. With notes ranging from flowers, white pepper and citrus, Singani is delicate in its aromatics and dynamic in use. Try it with soda water or substitute for any clear spirit, like in your Negroni or Vesper.

Singani 63 found its way to the UK through its founder, film director Steven Soderbergh, in partnership with the Granier family, 4th generation distillers at Casa Real in Tarija, Bolivia.

Solera 23 Imperial Rum

The Orientalist Solera 23 Imperial Rum is a small batch hand-crafted sipping rum made from a blend of rums between 6 and 23 years of age from Thailand, Philippines and Indonesia aged at origin in the classic Solera process from a series of ex-bourbon and Pedro Ximenez sherry barrels.

All the rums are produced from first pressings of the finest tropical sugar cane in Asia and distilled in copper-lined column stills.

Tears of Llorona Extra Anejo

Requiring a careful combination of patience, care, and love, the process of creating Tears of Llorona starts with 100% pure Weber Agave Azul grown in the volcanic slopes of the Mexican highlands, where agaves grow slowly and naturally to achieve a higher starch content. Germán personally inspects each plant before harvesting and then slow-roasts the piñas the traditional way before fermenting using a proprietary yeast.

Master Distiller Germán slow cooks the agaves for over 20 hours to achieve the greatest conversion of sugars possible without losing the flavors of the soil, where the agaves grew for at least 8 years.

Aged for five years in three types of barrels, including scotch, brandy, and Sherry oak barrels, Tears of Llorona is then masterfully blended by Germán, delivering a layered tasting experience with a complexity of flavors. Germán then bottles at 43% specific gravity to balance the flavors. This slow, hand-crafted process results in a very high rate of osmotic loss, known as the “angels’ tears”; another reason for the name, Tears of Llorona.

Templeton 4 Year Rye

Templeton 4 Year Old Rye is a straight rye whiskey that carries both character and history in every sip. Introduced to the world in 2006, it pays homage to the original Prohibition‑era Templeton, Iowa hooch, which was brewed by farmers and reputedly favored by Al Capone.

This whiskey is produced using a mash bill of roughly 95 % rye and 5 % barley. It’s matured for four years in charred new American oak barrels, imparting a deep amber hue, aromas of dry grass and Christmas spices, and flavors of caramel, butterscotch, toffee, and allspice. The mouthfeel is slightly chewy, with a clean, silky‑smooth finish.

This product is light and easy‑going with a short finish. Lots of citrus driven notes and perfect for cocktails.
