06 Vodka Rosé

06 Vodka Rosé

To transport you to the heart of Provence, first, Organic rosé wine is sourced from Robert Ghigo’s Cuvée Château Vert Rose 2020, AOP Côte de Provence. To capture the rosé essence, the flavour molecules are extracted using AWX; a low temperature, low pressure extraction method which produces the intense aromatic flavour components and pigment naturally derived from the grape skins.

It’s then infused into smooth, French winter wheat Vodka to create a spirit that delivers a French Riviera explosion on your taste buds.

On the nose you discover an elegant and concentrated freshness with aromas of strawberry. On the palate you will discover a soft fruity finish with delicate floral notes and white peach.

Abstinence Blood Orange Aperitif

Abstinence Blood Orange Aperitif

A classic Italian-style bitter with a dominant blood orange citrus note.  This non-alcoholic aperitif uses an infusion of natural botanicals, Cinchona Bark and most significantly African Wormwood, the latter providing a unique South African spin to a classically Italian product.

We suggest serving as a non alcoholic spritz or low ABV cocktail, or why not try with the Abstinence Cape Spice and an orange peel for an Abstinence negroni?

Abstinence Cape Fynbos

Fragrant and floral, the Cape Fynbos showcases the Cape Rose Geranium.

Inspired by the astounding biodiversity of the Cape Floral Kingdom, this is a beautifully floral creation with the addition of Juniper berries, angelica root and coriander. Imagine a walk around the fynbos laden Table Mountain in full bloom during spring time.

Aromatic, slightly bitter, a touch of herbs and citrus gives you a faintly nettle-like creation that pairs well with premium pink tonics.

Abstinence Epilogue

Abstinence Epilogue

The Western Cape of South Africa is often ravaged by bush fires that tear through the vegetation, but in turn provides the lifeblood of the survival of the Cape Floral Kingdom.

This non alcoholic spirit takes a blend of peated, smoked and dark toasted malts and marries them with spiced botanicals and South African Honeybush to pay respect to these wildfires.

Sweet notes of Honeybush, vanilla, caramel and toasted wood balances spices and smoked malts for a warming drink perfect simply over ice or with a ginger ale.
