To capture the rosé essence, the flavour molecules are extracted using AWX; a low temperature, low pressure extraction method which produces the intense aromatic flavour components and pigment naturally derived from the grape skins.
It’s then infused into smooth, French winter wheat Vodka to create a spirit that delivers a French Riviera explosion on your taste buds.
On the nose you discover an elegant and concentrated freshness with aromas of strawberry. On the palate you will discover a soft fruity finish with delicate floral notes and white peach.
