Clan Colla 11YO Irish Whiskey

Smooth yet complex. Using a blend of fine malt and grain whiskeys. The sourced malt is double distilled, blended with grain, then triple casked in ex-bourbon barrels, Oloroso sherry butts and peated casks. Finally, they’re left to age for 11 years.  

Tasting notes: On the nose, an earthy aroma with hints of toasted oak. Upon tasting, there’s a rich honey sweetness, combined with salted citrus and sherry notes. To finish, a deep and rounded finish with a wisp of peat smoke
