Pink Pepper Gin

Audemus initially designed Pink Pepper Gin as a prototype to showcase what gins they could make for potential corporate customers.

The distillery’s flagship product was born from this experiment. And from a desire to create an aromatically bold and complex new-style gin. Pink Pepper looks forward, rather than backwards towards the classic straight and dry gins of the past.

On the nose, it’s the bright top notes of pink peppercorns, juniper and cardamom that are initially prominent. As it warms, Pink Pepper gin reveals its spicier notes of vanilla, tonka beans and distilled honey.

Adding ice and tonic brings the bright floral notes from the pink pepper and honest into focus. You’ll discover that Pink Pepper will evolve depending on how you drink it, whilst always keeping its full-bodied and aromatic nature.

The name of each batch of Pink Pepper Gin is stamped on to the side of the bottle, as a dedication to family members, good friends and people who are part of the story.
