Inverroche Verdant Gin

Inverroche Verdant Gin represents flavours from the mountainous subsection of the Cape Floral Region. It’s infused with a bouquet of fynbos, hand-selected from the mountainous, rocky terrain along the Southern African coast. The lead botanical in this gin is African sage.

The result is a complex gin with a translucent golden-green hue. Delicate floral aromas reminiscent of elderflower and chamomile, lead to summer blooms, a touch of spice, subtle juniper, zesty lemon rind and alluring liquorice.

Irish Single Malt Whiskey Cask Finish

Small batch 8 year old golden rum sourced from Panama’s leading independent distillery, Autentico Nativo. Finished for a further 6 months in Irish whiskey barrels that previously held 19 year old single malt. Best enjoyed neat or over ice.

Tasting notes: Creamy vanilla and butterscotch blend with dried mango and aromatic nutmeg.

Lilly Pilly Pink Gin

This pink gin takes its inspiration from the vibrant and succulent summer berries of the native Lilly Pilly and the Northern Beaches’ rambling edible pink flowers found tucked in the coastal dunes.

It’s a fruity pink gin made from native Australian botanicals like riberry, rosella flowers, nasturtium flowers, sea fig flowers, balanced with blood orange, native limes and an eye catching all-natural raspberry infused pink hue. There’s no added sugar in this pink gin, so it’s balanced and not overly sweet.

It’s the perfect base for a summer cocktail or the health conscious gin lover.

London Dry Gin

The London Dry Gin is distilled from eight local botanicals that grow within a mile of the distillery: oak moss, Kentish cobnuts, gorse flowers, bay laurel, poppy seeds, hawthorn berries, rosehips and local honey. They create an exceptionally smooth and delicately balanced premium gin.

The gin takes you on a walk out of the distillery, through the fields, orchards and woods of The Weald. It captures those sweet floral and woodland herbaceous characters in a clean and elegant spirit.

Market Row Botanical Rum is one of a kind. It’s a botanical rum, not a spiced rum. Market Row blends Jamaican, Bajan and Dominican aged pot still rums from five distilleries, reflecting the local Caribbean culture in Brixton. Then it’s infused with Kenyan black tea, Nigerian hibiscus, Grenadian Mace and red rose from Pakistan amongst others. They’re all ingredients sourced locally from the traders in Brixton Market.

It is a spirit without added-sugar, with botanicals chosen specifically to complement one another. The botanicals are subtle on the nose and palate: they add to the flavours instead of changing them.

No 44 Gin takes its name from the geographic coordinates of Grasse. It’s a gin where the verve of the Cote d’Azur meets the cultural heritage of perfume creation.

Fresh, zingy lemon peel and grapefruit hit your nose. It has a blooming floral body with hints of Grasse’s Rose Centifolia and jasmine, picked locally in the area. Cade, orris and honey give it a sweet yet musky effect that lingers on the tongue, holding their own as floral and citrus notes mingle nicely together to the finish.
