We tapped into our focus group of industry professionals, who are generally optimistic about being able to return to 2019 trading levels, albeit in a very different environment. We don’t yet know what the ‘new normal’ will be, but the drinks industry is once again showing resolve and innovation in the face of operational adversity and the challenge of meeting consumer expectation.
