Harry and Ben from Tidal Rum are on a mission to elevate the rum category. With Tidal Rum they want to celebrate the complexities and subtleties of this spirit by making it your first drink of the night, not the last.
The draw of the ocean inspired them to create a coastal craft rum. It’s infused with the subtle truffle flavour of Jersey’s Pepper Dulse, a rare sea botanical foraged at low tide from along the Jersey shoreline. It’s a journey that begins in the Caribbean and finishes in Jersey, a spirit kissed by the tide that calls to the adventurer in us all.
