Made from equal parts Espadin (A.angustifolia) & Madrecuishe (A.karwinskii), cooked in a conical earth oven with mesquite wood for 4 days then milled with a volcanic Tahona before being distilled in a truly unique way- First distillation is in a copper pot still followed by a second in an ancestral clay pot still.
